Rustomjee or Lodha Amara?

Based on my budget and requirement ( big deck atleast 4ft wide, atleast 10 x 12 bedroom size, highest floor) i have shortlisted this two property for 2bhk. Rustomjee i have heard lot of bad things like nala smell, insect, whole property is build on nala, water shortage But its nearest to Thane station.
