I recently found a 1RK in Kisan Nagar 2 through NoBroker and was ready to proceed, but there's a delay in the rental agreement process. The owner told me: 1. They can only do documentation after March 15 since they'll be in their village. 2. The flat is listed as available from April 1. 3. Online rental agreement is possible earlier, but NoBroker requires a KYC visit for verification, which might take time. 4. They’ll check with NoBroker tomorrow to see the earliest possible date for documentation. I need to move in sooner, so I want to know: Has anyone dealt with NoBroker’s online agreement process? How long does it actually take? Can the KYC verification be done remotely or earlier if the owner is unavailable? Any way to convince the owner to fast-track this process? Would appreciate any advice from those who’ve gone through this before!
