Father needs immediate Heart Bypass Surgery

My[23M] father have been diagnosed with 90% blockage in heart arteries & needs immediate surgery. But we are not doing financially well right now. Have loan worth more than 50L & all our savings have been invested in mine and brother's education. My salary goes into paying our EMI's. I need suggestion for good hospitals where we can do the surgery in minimal cost. Also I want to know if government hospitals can be an option, considering they are under staffed and may not have proper equipments. TL;DR: Need suggestions for good hospitals for Heart Bypass surgery(<2Lac)
