Driving Licence how to expedite the process

I already have a driving licence for light motor vehicles(cars,etc.) …. I couldnt get the one for two wheelers earlier due to personal reasons, but i have now applied for the same …. As i already have a licence (4wheelers) i am exempted from exam for learning licence(for 2 wheelers)…. I have already put in the application few days back but no learning licence in my hand yet…. What should i do to actually get things moving
