Change of name in aadhar card

Dear Community members, My househelp is struggling with a dilemma. She is sole earner of her family and is based in thane, her hometown in UP. A month or so back, she some people in her hometown illegally trasppased her house property (Veranda) and started constructing a wall. She had to go over there, and given the state of law and affairs, it was tragic how things unfolded. She does has legal papers and they are having talks. In an unrelated matter she and her husband were advised to transfer her mother in law's property as they are the rightful owner, however her mother in law is no more and the death certificate has an incorrect name. (Middle name is incorrect) (This was copied from Adhar card, and adhar card too has incorrect name). Now, she wants to rectify the adhar card name and death certificate however she is struggling as the authorities at municipal for death certificate suggested to rectify aadhar first and then. Can anyone enlighten how can this be done?
