Can people of Sheth avalon stfu

I am attending my father in the CCU of Jupiter,it's 10 pm and people are BLASTING music from there,I don't see any point of using speakers for events like this.Its impossible for patients to sleep with the sound system being so loud.The day for patients here starts at 5 am.If someone from there could make it stop it would be a huge relief.
