Dwarka Somnath Gir tour during Shivratri

We will be coming around 8 people to Mumbai on 25th Feb. We are planning to visit Dwarka, Somnath and Gir and reach Surat on 3rd March for an event. The issue is that Shivratri is on 26-27th Feb. Should we start with Gir to avoid the crowd? My mother has knee pain, so waiting in really long lines is not optimal. Also, do share any other tips!
