SMC Sports Complex Adajan

I want to go to the SMC Sports Complex for playing badminton. I went there on Saturday for getting the information about registration and all but found it was closed. If someone knows when the complex is open? And what's the procedure to get the registration done ? Also do I need to book the courts or are they taken on first come first serve basis? Thanks in advance for the help.
