Oppo buds: replacement warranty - help

Purchased these in August 2023 and need to get them replaced because one of the buds is not working. Can't be repaired, according to service people. The service people suggested it's better to find someone and see if you can get replacement with their bill since yours is out of warranty. It's a chindi but a solid suggestion. If someone has recently bought these and abhi it's under warranty, can you help?
