Tariffs Tariffs !!

For India to develop India needs foreign money inflows either as trades or investments. While USA is busy planning reciprocal tariffs, how do we achieve this goal ? People are glorifying developed nations, dreaming to settle there (brain drain as one of the issue) and want to consider India only for retirement purpose due to healthcare. If developing countries like India becomes cash cows for developed economies leaving no room for us to compete, how will we develop ?
