Is PPFAS a good MF overall to start investing?

I am 33, Male and earn 45k in hand a month. I have thought about starting investing in the past but never actually started as I do not have the technical expertise on the stock market. But I finally want to start investing and after a little research have come down to this one MF - PPFAS, specifically the Flexi Cap. Also how much amount should I start with considering I need 20k for expenses? Looking forward for your advice.
