A good time to buy

Whether you believe we go lower, or go higher. What my trader and investor instinct tell me is that this is good level to buy a lot pf stocks. A ton of stocks have fallen nearly 25-50% and are rather at cheap valuations now. Just be stock specific , but as someone with more than a decade of experience here. This is level to bottom fish , it is also a good level to buy as a trader for a bounce back. Always have your stops ready if you are trader though. I would keep it a little deeper this time.
