I have some Sovereign Gold Bonds in Shares. What should I do?

I purchased some SGB shares in Sep 23 on Groww. It is now at 45% profit. I don't have a clear idea about SGBs in the secondary market and there is low information out there. Should I sell and book profit or should I hold?
