Please help me understand what the TATA ethical fund and Nippon ETF is

Please help me understand what these two are as I am a very new beginner and would like to invest 5-10k in either of these every month. Please don’t laugh at the amount. I am a housewife and am able to only save this much every month. All help is appreciated thanks
