Enterprise value = market cap+debt-cash 1. Is market cap equity,debt liability, cash asset? 2. Is equity the money owned by the company owner? If yes then market cap is the money invested by the actual owners of company+their share of profit? 3. Why is an asset cash involved in the formula?
