Looking for a cofounder who loves political satire & memes - i will not promote

Anyone know the best way to find a cofounder who's be down to rebuild / pivot / revamp a concept i already built out? With Trump back in office and doing ridiculous things, there's gotta be an appetite for satirical commentary via game or website? Like i'm looking for someone who appreciates Bush Shoot Out or Goat Simulator with a burning desire to make something similarly significant. What's the best way to find someone with more taste?
