Early Entrepreneurs - Stand Your Ground “i will not promote”

I want every new entrepreneur to hear this. Stand Your Ground! As someone new to startups, I didn’t push back enough during the design of my application. I was dealing with an experienced UX/UI designer and followed their guidance, even though it went against what I was comfortable with/wanting. One example is they convinced me to do manual vs automated sign up for users in MVP. Now that I have a technical lead, that person stated that the only way to proceed is automated. Because of this, i’m now having to spend money on more design to create those processes when I should have stood my ground in the beginning. Lesson- Follow your heart and have the courage to stand your ground. Even if this is your first time building something, you have to trust your vision and stay within what you are comfortable with!
