Anyone in Sikkim who is planning to go child free?

I haven't met anyone in Sikkim yet who have plans of going childfree in future. I don't think even my parents will support my decision. Sometimes I find this topic as taboo as mental health. All the people I have met here, they all want to get married and have a family of their own. I have never heard anyone saying that they want to go childfree. I don't think even government here endorse such decision by citizens because of Sikkim being the least populated state in India. In my opinion, if one is not financially secure or mentally stable, bringing child into this world will be similar to committing a sin. Anyway, I just want to know if anyone in Sikkim who have planned to remain childfree?
