Seo went right

Hi everyone, me and my friends are trying to build an branding agency and we are optimising our site and updating blogs in daily basis, we were not even on first page when we started but now when searching our name, it comes on top. Few of our blogs are also ranking on Google's first page on some keywords. It's been 3 months we started doing and seeing the results, is it good? But there is catch, we are not able to generate leads tho, just impressions. How can we generate leads? I am afraid of I can share my website link here, don't want it to be promotional.
