Does google take into account HTML ids ?

Suppose you have a page with different sections , each one having potentially targeted keywords, and each one having an ID (html attribute) Typical example: a FAQ page , you have a section with `id='how-to-cook-pasta'` which explains about cooking pasta , and another section with `id='how-to-make-a-cake'` etc. So the URLs to those sections are https:// example .com/faq#how-to-cook-pasta and https:// example .com/faq#how-to-make-a-cake Now , if a search term on google theoritically matches not only the page in general , but the particular section within that page , will google detect it and index the exact URL to that section? So for the "cooking pasta" term , will the SERP show the https: //example .com/faq#how-to-cook-pasta link ? Are HTML ids , in general , beneficial for ranking?
