Blog was getting impressions now gone to zero after Google spam update

I was receiving a bunch of impressions before googles latest update and then out of nowhere just dropped to zero, it’s not a huge deal because i wasn’t getting that many clicks anyway but now I’m getting no impressions. I went through GSC and I’m not seeing anything red flags or errors id think would cause this. I am still being indexed, I guess not ranking at all? What I’m asking is: do I wait it out and keep producing content or is there a tool I could use to figure this out more. I’m an SEO beginner. Any info to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
