What do Google mean when it say quality content?

Seriously by now you may have seen that google is that one axxhole company that doesn't tell the truth. To be honest google search algorithm is so useless it only works for improving google's revenue not being honest to content creators and searchers. When google say their updates are sieving spam and qaulity content, that is a lie these guys just guesses and they have totally no idea what they give to a searcher . There is a website that provide information in our local area written by AI and the problem is that the information is totally wrong . The website has conent that talks about something that do not exist in our area, yet it ranks higher on google. Additionally the website seems to have survived the core update, how? So what is the meaning of quality content by google claims? According to the same website (google's favourite) my company offers 2 to 3 services that we actually don't offer. Where the hell did the content writer get wrong/false information about my work place? We don't give loans but according to that website, our company is giving loans, like what the fxk. Yet google prefers such website as having quality content. People are busy calling me asking about loans but my company doesn't give any loans. We only deal with industrial printing and stationery. The AI just got our "Google my business" contacts and add loans in front then people starts calling for loans that we don't offer. Yes the owner of the website is happy with false information just because google ranks it higher. Pathetic google behavior is toxic to searchers and content creators. I smell a big decline in the future for this so called google. They really need to be careful if they think they are everything. I have never found such stupidity on Bing search.
