Stop ranking for searches that don't relate to you

Hello, I have a skincare brand. We are ranking well for searches related to our company name. However, these is a company that has the same name as us who are a bit scammy. Some how they are getting people onto nutrition subscripts and they are targeting people that don't know how it works. These people then get randomly charged after a "free trial period". They see the name of that company on their bank statement and they google it. Instead of finding the company they are looking for, they land on our website and contact the support email to tell us that they didn't want the subscription. I get a lot of "unwanted" traffic and a lot of angry people in my support email. The company that has charged them uses our company name as their legal name on their bank statements but then has another name for their brand so people don't make the connection. I try to kindly explain to them that this is not us that charged them and point then in the right direction but often they are so anrgy and wont listen to me. How can I stop trending for sreach that have certain word? for example we are "fjor skincare" but we don't want to trend for "fjor nutrition". Around 50% of my top search terms are related to cancel subscription or this nutrition company. Please clock through and spend a bunch of time on our website complaining to our support and I am worries its messing up what google thinks we are. We are microbiome skincare and don't want to rank for nutrition.
