SEO with Framer?

I'm creating a new website and am looking at website builders like Framer. Has anyone run into issues with SEO in Framer? Site speed limitations, meta content, errors or redirect issues, canonical issues.... anything? Anything that can't be corrected or improved manually? Any tips are helpful, thanks!
