SEO affected by business hours?

I own a small e-commerce business that's been fluctuating in rank recently. The 24-hour view shows me ranking very well during business hours for key terms, then dropping off significantly after hours. Has anyone else noticed something similar, and how much did changing posted hours change things? We used to consistently sell products when not open, too, and that's fallen off a decent amount recently.
