Rankings dropped in SEMrush

I do SEO for a hotel and I’m doing the positioning tracking. I noticed that my hotel in the month of December lost 52% visibility for a handful of keywords. However, when I check the keyword on Google in incognito mode, they still show up in the top five positions, but in Semrush said that they dropped to like 18 positions. Weird any thoughts
