Permalink structure guidance

My blog has been up for 14 years now, does well on Google searches, and my SEO performs well. Unfortunately when I set my permalink structure, I did year, month, blog name. I’ve been thinking about changing it to remove year and month to improve my SEO. I’ve read that it could cause a lot of damage to my SEO in the short term. Since it’s been 14 years for me, do you think it’s worth it to change my permalink structure or just roll with it now?
