Is Semrush enough?

I’m pretty new to SEO still and trying to figure out how to best offer it to my clients. Right now my agency has a Semrush subscription and I’m wondering if that’s enough to give clients the data and insights they need? I know there are more advanced and expensive tools, but not clear what the cost/benefit analysis is. Can anyone provide some insight? Thank you.
