I Need your suggestions.

hi, seos Im working in an IT company as seo fresher for past 1 and half, they wanted to start seo services and they gave me time and resources to learn seo on my own, initially i was working on their own website, but things didn't workout properly, after few months they hired one senior seo to help me on seo projects and took out 1 client project, but in 3-4 months they fired him due to not getting desired results,And again im on my own, but I got to learn alot while working with him, I learnt whats need to be done in seo to achive certain goals, I am able plan out as well, but This is where im feeling completely stuck, I planned out monthly strategies and write down all the activity to be done but im not able to prioritise tasks as its too much to be done And work is delaying. I need your suggestions \-what shall I do to overcome this procrastination and deleying work? \-How to manage 2-3 project simultaneously without being lost? \-Shall I tell company to hire one more person to help me?
