How to push Yelp down to page 2 of Google search results?

So a small business I represent has many 4 and 5 star reviews on Yelp. However, when you Google this store’s name, Yelp returns second and the snippet beneath that is terrible review by a lunatic customer who was upset about price. So the second result on Google Search is Yelp, with a specific highlighting of the bad reviews. If you click Yelp, there are a sea of positive of reviews, but having this be the second result is actively deterring customers. Yelp refuses to budge on the review, so we are trying to boost their online presence. How can Yelp be outranked/ pushed down?
