How Much Work to Manage 15 Clients?

I know it’s a broad question since it depends of a lot of factors like their specific plans and client size, but how many hours a week would you theoretically work to properly manage 15 small to mid size clients? Trying to get a rough estimate to properly plan my schedule and see how it compares to everyone else
