[HELP] Should I consider the trade of copywriting bundled with SEO research?
I need some help. I'm out here hustling and looking for my next gig. I've got bills to pay, living in an expensive region in the hood. Should I pick up the trade of copywriting for SEO puprposes? I'm handy with AI, I can write from scratch and do my own research on the topics, and I think I'm starting to get a handle on the SEO stuff itself thanks to some people in this group and some others who have helped me get up to speed (or at least get the ball rolling). Question is, Should I consider copywriting? How much can I actually make off the bat if I apply to the right outfits? Should I do it as a freelancer or full time for an agency? How do I search for the good ones (is it the standard "search it up" SEO answer?) From a paying the immediate bills perspective I can get by with about $30/hour, but I'm used to making more like $100-200 in a good job market (which this isn't). I can pay my debts with upwards of $33/hour and I can start saving with upwards of $50 pretty soon once I pay off my student loans. Is SEO copywriting the wrong move? Will I be racing to the bottom? Should I just figure out how to integrate it into my own business or go to work for someone else? My niche is that I will research topics and produce high quality writing. Been bundling my writing into other things as my hustle for a while, but looking to double down on SEO writing if that's a viable option for someone who's paying upwards of $2.5-3k/month in basic living expenses.2
