Appreciate some help with my SEO

I created my website over a year ago and use SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console for keyword research, blogging, and more. I have recently resumed blogging and adding new pages to improve my site's ranking, but I am struggling to get backlinks through guest posting because they all cost over £200. My main keywords I'm trying to rank for are video production company, creative digital agency, and corporate and business videographers.
