Is there any B.ed college in Ranchi which is non attending?

Hey guys, I want to know about B.ed colleges in Ranchi where I don't need to attend the classes as I'm preparing for civil services. I want to do B.ed along with my preparations. Has anyone done B.ed without classes? It would be great help !
