Nri bored asf in Punjab

Lads (and ladies), I’ve been in India for a month and a half (was in Punjab for 3 weeks but I’m coming back in a month) and so have no clue where to go to meet people at a similar age. I’m a 21 year old male and I’m bored out ma fuckin dome, does anyone know anywhere good to go to meet new people? Social media, meet up apps, shit even dating apps have wielded no results, it’s like no one wants to engage with my exuberant, charming personality🤣
