Road Rage with outsiders

Living in Pune for last 20 years and never faced any unnecessary fights with other car drivers. But things changed today when I used my relative's car from a different state. A driver literally followed me for 3 kms just because he was about to crash with me due to overtaking from the wrong side. He stopped and started telling us random shit and told us that as we are from other state, we don't know how to drive a car in cities like Pune. Feel really sorry for people in Pune facing such stuff.
