Pune Book Festival

Has anyone ever been to Pune Book Festival? I saw boards yesterday stating it is starting from today. If someone has been there, what is it that I can expect? I tried to Google but not getting anything apart from inaugurations info and stalls would be present. What kind of books are there? Can we purchase in kgs? Is it like comic con but for books?
