Kartdrome or raftaar ??

Hello, which of the two is better for go karting? I've heard kartdrome is a bit more expensive, but is there any significant difference between them that would make or break the experience? I'm planning this for someone who's really into this already, but I'm also a little tight on budget. So please help me out :')
