How authentic and trustworthy are these "part time jobs"

I'm a student, been in pune my whole life and lately I feel that I should be earning some extra money on the side. I'm currently associated with an organisation since I started college and have been working on multiple projects. The only thing is that I'm not being paid BUT have developed a good CV due to the kind of work I'm doing. I don't need to spend anything from my own pocket, funding for projects comes from the higher ups I've been getting a lot of ads for part time jobs (15-30k per month) mostly remote and typing/data entry jobs. Even a few designing jobs as well. To me it feels like a scam, where they trick you into many legalities and sign some stuff/contract, etc. Has anyone done these jobs? How was your experience about the work?
