Deutsche Bank , Citi Bank , Hsbc, UBS, Barclays.. any good for SDE?

I'm planning to apply for banks as a Software Dev. Anyone working in these, can you help share your experience in the firms ? Also please suggest any other good firms you are or have been part of ? (Expected : 30 LPA) Thanks.
