Need Help Repairing My Noise 4 Wireless Headphones in Pune

Hey everyone, I’ve run into an issue with my Noise 4 wireless headphones. The headband has cracked somehow, and I’m feeling quite disappointed about it. I saved up to buy these, and now the warranty isn’t helping since it doesn’t cover physical damage. I visited the authorized service centers in Pune, but they mentioned they only handle warranty-related replacements and can’t assist with physical damage repairs. They advised me to contact the Noise helpline. I did that, but I received an email stating the spare part is out of stock. To make things worse, they closed my complaint ticket without even consulting me. I’m hoping someone here can guide me to a good repair shop or service provider in Pune who can help fix this issue. Any place that can handle headphone repairs, especially headband replacements, would be super helpful. Thanks in advance for any recommendations! 🙏
