I want a dog for my home

Hello guys, where can I get a dog for cheaper price. I once searched for pet dealers but the prices were too high like 10k+. My requirements are: 1. He should be a labrador. 2. He should be a baby. PS: Please don't recommend me to adopt, I've tried to do that. But I only want a dog as per the requirements.
