What do you think about the presence of titular kings in Odisha's politics?

Both the major parties BJP and BJD have members of royal families of erstwhile princely states. For example: KV Singhdeo our current deputy CM. His wife is also a MP. His other branch of family has a memeber who is MLA from BJD. His Grandfather was CM from Ganatantra Parishad a party basically formed by former kings. It was especially influential in West and Southwest Odisha and areas like Mayurbhanj. It even emerged as the largest party in few election but couldn't form a stable full term government. Coming back to present day, there are multiple families like Singhdeo. Here is my 2 cents Pros: They tend to have access to education so better than some goon type politician. Some of they are quite well connected with locals. Cons : They are rich , probably out of touch and some of them just bank on their family name to win. It also promotes nepotism in politics.
