ଜୁଆଙ୍ଗ ଜନଜାତି ଙ୍କର ନିଆଁ ର ଉତ୍ସ ଝକମକି: Modern Day Lighter of Juang People
Jhakmaki is an indiginous fabricated lighter utilized by the Juang people of Gonasika Hill slope of Keonjhar district, Odisha, India. By and large, in a hollow piece of bamboo holder , they tie a piece of iron, a little piece of quartz stone and some cotton. Both sides of the bamboo are covered with a cap of tassar. When required , they open the cap and afterward delicately hit the iron with the stone which generates fire for use in smoking, cooking and setting fire for different purposes.
