Petition to encourage and enforce usage of Flairs in this sub

I am not a NE person. I come here to see the views of NE people and know more about NE culture. In many discussions about controversial topics, I cannot ascertain if the opinions are being share by NE people or people from the rest of India or even outside India. So, I am a punjabi from delhi, born and raised here and I recently attended the ed sheeran concert.
