For once and for all can someone explain me what is the difference between the Koch caste(OBC, I guess mostly in upper assam), The Koch Tribe , and Koch Rajbonghis? I am suffering from this crisis and really want some clarity please.

I am Koch (the caste one) but I often find it difficult to explain it to people when they ask me about it. Would be great if someone explains it. Thank you
