Need help myth busting Hey guys. My friend from Noida thinks she knows everything about dogs. And she thinks that a stray dog with a snipped ear in noida are dogs that are ONLY VACCINATED. Sector 63 parking fees started! What if we don't pay? It has started since 25th February 2025.
