12hrs of shift at restaurant and no break in between and no week off till January

so went to a restaurant on DLF, I saw some waiters are not happy and kind of irritated.. so i asked one of them outside the restaurant he said there is no vacation on holidays and they r forced to work for 12hrs everyday from 11am to 11pm with no break just one small 15min break for lunch also he said they will not get any week off till mid January coz of holiday with not extra benefits or bonus isn’t it harsh is there any law or can they do anything about it?
