Libraries in Noida/Delhi that have books?

I'm not looking for a library that provides space to study but I'm trying to find books for competitive exams, more specifically UGC NET for Law past question papers. Why this guy is stalking me online?

He ws a guy (29M)I was in contact with before but last year we stopped talking without any closure. I saw today he was stalking me, but my question is why? We talked last year on February. Neither of us said anything to each other but just stopped talking. I am curious what he is upto?
