Libraries in Noida/Delhi that have books?

I'm not looking for a library that provides space to study but I'm trying to find books for competitive exams, more specifically UGC NET for Law past question papers. I need it for an upcoming exam so for a period of one month. Any leads will be appreciated. Alternatively, if someone is looking to donate their old UGC NET law books please let me know!
